Collection Information

At Ouseburn Meadows we offer a click and collect service with our bouquets and posies being ready for collection 48 hours after you place your order Monday to Friday. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible as each bouquet is cut specifically to order the day before you collect. We then make sure that your flowers are well conditioned by giving them a long drink and a rest in a cool dark place, until we are ready to arrange them.

We realise that sometimes this timeframe does not work for all our customers, we just request that you try to give us as much notice as possible prior to when you would like your flowers so that we can have them in prime condition for you.  Flowers picked with less than 24 hours before colleciton do not have time to re-hydrate properly, especially through the summer months, and therefore are not guaranteed to last well in the vase.

If you are a customer ordering from out of town, we can offer delivery within a 5 mile radius of Little Ouseburn at a small exra charge. Just contact us to discuss.
